UK Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all orders over £30 delivered to a single UK mainland address. Other UK mainland deliveries charged at £pound;4.95 per order.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are subject to a surcharge which depends on weight and size - we will provide you with a quote and will not charge you unless you agree to it.

UK Delivery Times

Delivery times from stock items are 2/3 days from order.

If ordering out of office hours (which are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm), please take the next office working day as the start time any delivery time estimates.

We aim keep you as informed as possible about when delivery is likely to take place. Where possible we will email you about delivery dates. Otherwise, we will phone.

Occasionally, the due delivery date is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee that delivery will take place on the day which we have said. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather can affect delivery schedules. Please let us know immediately if delivery does not happen on the date we have given you.

UK Guaranteed Delivery Days

We can offer guaranteed delivery days on some products. Please phone for a quote and details if you need this service.

Signed for Delivery Only

We only deliver when the goods are signed for as there are too many instances of orders going missing.

We believe the "signed for only" benefits everyone as it helps to avoid theft and fraud. If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions.
